Corrections Policy
SA Design Company prioritizes publishing accurate and reliable information. Our content covers various aspects of design, from acoustic principles to luxury interior insights. We understand the trust our readers place in us to provide correct details and expert advice. Maintaining this trust is central to our editorial standards.
Types of Corrections
We categorize errors into three main types based on their impact. Minor fixes address typographical errors, grammatical mistakes, or slight wording changes that improve clarity without altering factual meaning. These updates happen regularly.
Significant corrections address factual inaccuracies, misstated figures, or misleading information. These changes impact the core understanding of the content. Retractions occur when an article contains fundamental errors or false information that cannot be corrected. In such cases, the content is removed and replaced with a formal retraction notice.
How Corrections Are Noted
Minor fixes generally do not include a specific note within the article. For significant corrections, we will add an editor’s note directly within the article, usually at the top or bottom. This note will clearly state the nature of the correction and the date it was made. Retracted articles will display a full retraction notice in place of the original content.
How to Report an Error
Readers who identify a potential error in our content are encouraged to report it. Please send an email to [email protected]. Include the article’s title and its full web address (URL). Describe the specific error you found and provide any supporting information you have.
Timeline for Reviewing Reported Errors
Upon receiving an error report, we will send an acknowledgment within two business days. Our editorial team will then thoroughly review and investigate the reported issue. We aim to complete our investigation and take appropriate action within seven business days. We will notify the reporter of our findings.
Transparency About Correction History
SA Design Company believes in full transparency regarding our editorial process. All significant corrections are clearly marked within the respective articles, providing a visible record for our readers. This approach helps us maintain accountability and ensures our content remains trustworthy. This policy was last updated in March 2026.
