This commitment extends to safeguarding the creative works of designers, writers, and artists. We believe in protecting intellectual property to support innovation and fair use within the press and design communities.

Any content published on our site must respect existing copyrights. We promptly investigate all credible claims of copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. This notice should allege that content available through SA Design Company infringes upon your copyrighted work. Please send your notification to our designated DMCA agent.

Your notice must include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Please provide specific details, such as a URL or a clear description of the work.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. You must provide information reasonably sufficient to permit SA Design Company to locate the material on our site.
  • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Incomplete notices may cause delays in processing. We review all valid requests and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the identified material.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe content you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification. This allows you to challenge the removal of your content. Ensure your counter-notification includes all required elements.

Your counter-notification must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that SA Design Company removed or disabled access to, and the location where the material appeared before its removal or access was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located. If your address is outside of the United States, you consent to jurisdiction for any judicial district in which SA Design Company may be found. You must also state that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

SA Design Company will forward valid counter-notifications to the original complaining party. We may restore the material in question between 10 to 14 business days following receipt of a valid counter-notification, unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
